Pending Offers

All of the pending offers require you to accept or decline within 48 hours. If you do not take action within 48 hours, then the pending offer will automatically cancel, which will make the dates the sponsor booked to be available again for other potential sponsors.

You are required to respond within 48 hours because we want to ensure that you provide great customer service to your sponsors so that they are not wasting any time waiting for your response.

This makes the process more efficient so that sponsors can search for a different promoter as soon as possible.
