Basic Promotion

The amounts you set on the calendars are based on the services you provide with your basic promotion. Figure out how much you want to receive in exchange for your basic promotion services.

For example, we recommend 2 Instagram image stories as your basic promotion and our formula for your starting price is basically $5 for every 10,000 followers:

Divide your # of followers by 1,000, multiply by $0.50, then round up to the nearest $1.

  • 10,000 followers = $5.00
  • 50,000 followers = $25.00
  • 100,000 followers = $50.00
  • 250,000 followers = $125.00
  • 500,000 followers = $250.00

This will help you get your initial sponsors that will help build your credibility to get future sponsors. Then, if your days are getting booked too quickly, increase your prices. If you're not getting booked a lot, then decrease your prices.

Let the demand determine your price. You can always change your prices later!

Pricing Strategies

  • One Price: Set your prices for the same exact amount every day.
  • Daily Increasing: Set prices that increase each day.
  • Weekly Increasing: Set prices that increase each week.
  • Monthly Increasing: Set prices that increase each month.
  • Weekends/Holidays Pricing: Set prices higher on weekends and holidays.

Daily Increasing Pricing Strategy

One of the biggest advantages of our calendar is allowing you to set dynamic pricing for your services according to the demand. If you're new to the platform or you are not getting sponsorships consistently, then we suggest that you use an incrementally increasing pricing strategy.

THIS ONLY WORKS IF YOU'RE CONSTANTLY REACHING OUT TO SPONSORS!

Basically, we recommend that you start your prices very low and then incrementally increase the amounts. In the screenshot image below, we show prices starting at $1.00 and then increasing that amount by $1.00 each day.

This pricing strategy creates the urgency to persuade sponsors to buy your cheaper prices right away. As you gain more sponsors, you gain more credibility that will allow you to sell the more expensive days and get more future sponsors!

Remember: You can always increase your prices later!

Weekly & Monthly Increasing Pricing Strategy

The strategy is exactly the same as the daily increasing strategy except you're increasing your prices at the end of each week or month.
